Executive Team
Steven comes to us from the IEDC where he has been responsible for Venture Development and Entrepreneurship Planning. Prior to the IEDC, he was at Lessonly and worked for a family business. He is committed to central Indiana, the state of Indiana and the growth of young professionals in the state.
Catherine studied at Miami University where she worked in recruitment and engagement for the Office of Orientation and Transition. Subsequently, Catherine pursued a Masters in Teaching at the University of Portland in the Pacific Alliance for Catholic Education (PACE) program before returning to her hometown of Indianapolis and joining Orr Fellowship. Catherine is passionate about creating resilient community structures while focusing on diversity and equity work.
Benjamin comes from a small town in northeast Indiana and grew up involved in the family farming operation before moving to Purdue where he obtained a major in Biological Engineering with a focus in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing. He began his career in the pharmaceutical industry working on novel manufacturing designs for an engineering firm. Using the Indianapolis airport as a travel hub, Benjamin fell in love with the city. He is now excited to invest in the area he has learned to call home by empowering young business leaders and aspiring entrepreneurs at Orr Fellowship.
